We use Xero for all of our bookkeeping clients as it is easy to use and cloud based, so it can be used from anywhere, by anyone. We ask clients to set up a bank feed in Xero so that all of their business banking transactions pull through into the software ready for classification into the financial statements.
Once you have uploaded your invoices and receipts into Xero you don't need to keep them. We will classify them into the correct income or expenditure pot and match them against the bank transaction for you.
